The model is only one part.
I work across the data, evaluation, product, and interface. The result should be useful and checkable.

A bilingual benchmark with 2,165 released questions, fine-tuning experiments, and reproducible evaluations.

A bilingual freight-forwarding site built around an animated shipping map, real operations, and a direct quotation flow.
Right now I am building Bujhchi, finishing legal-AI research, and writing more decisions down.
