Most of it starts with something awkward: handwriting, Bangla statutes, scanned paper, or a model that looks convincing until you ask why.
The model is only one part.
I work across the data, evaluation, product, and interface. The result should be useful and checkable.

Bujhchi. A grading system built around the teacher.
A teacher-controlled assessment system spanning paper building, native answer capture, rubric grading, and AI suggestions that cannot change marks without confirmation. Explicit result release, layered auth and row-level security. Web first.

Do Small Models Use the Law You Give Them? Measuring context use on a bilingual Bangladesh legal benchmark.
Under review at NLLP at EMNLP 2026. A bilingual benchmark of 2,165 QA records across six statutes and three schedules, with supplied-law controls, per-item outputs, and 27 reproducible analyses.

A bilingual freight-forwarding site built around an animated shipping map, real operations, and a direct quotation flow.
